Ingredients

• ¾ cup olive oil
• ¼ cup chopped onion
• 3 Tbsp honey
• 3 Tbsp tomato paste
• (you can freeze the remainder)
• 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 clove garlic, chopped
• Tbsp water to as needed

Instructions

• Add all the ingredients to the jar of a blender.
• Blend until smooth, adding water at the end until desired consistency is reached.
• Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate.
