Whole Wheat Tortillas

Servings: 16 tortillas

Ingredients

    Combine: (let rest covered for at least 30 minutes)
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 6 cups whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Make dough balls, flatten, roll, toss on a super hot griddle for 30-60 seconds each side
  • (Each side needs to bubble, if this doesn’t happen or takes too long to happen, your griddle’s not hot enough, you’ll end up making a cracker)
