Classic Cashew Cheese

Servings: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 Tbsp cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until thick and creamy.
  • It will be the consistency of thawed or stirred cream cheese.
  • This will further harden after it's been chilled.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days.
