Tilapia and Ginger Slaw
Ingredients
- 6 Tilapia fillets sprinkled with garlic salt and Citrus Grill
- 4 cup cooked rice (cooked with bullion powder)
- 1 bag cole slaw (or 1 small cabbage, shredded and 2 cups carrots, shredded)
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 Tbsp, seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Mix:
Instructions
Preheat Dutch oven rubbed with olive oil
- 1. Rice
- 2. Slaw mixture
- 3. Tilapia (on top)
Layer:
Bake at 450 until tilapia is done. 140 degrees internal temperature.
