Tilapia and Ginger Slaw

Ingredients

  • 6 Tilapia fillets sprinkled with garlic salt and Citrus Grill
  • 4 cup cooked rice (cooked with bullion powder)
    Mix:
  • 1 bag cole slaw (or 1 small cabbage, shredded and 2 cups carrots, shredded)
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp, seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

    Preheat Dutch oven rubbed with olive oil
    Layer:
  • 1. Rice
  • 2. Slaw mixture
  • 3. Tilapia (on top)
    Bake at 450 until tilapia is done. 140 degrees internal temperature.
