Very inexpensive and works very well.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint alcohol
  • 2 Tbsp ammonia
  • 2 Tbsp liquid dish detergent
  • a few drops blue food coloring.

Instructions

  • Mix in a gallon container
  • Fill with water
