Guacamole
Guacamole w/Jalapeno
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocado
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 canned California green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 small tomato, chopped, if desired
- 6 or 8 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, use a fork to mash avocado.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, green chili, Worcestershire sauce, onion, hot pepper sauce, garlic and tomato, if desired.
- Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips for dipping.
