Guacamole

Guacamole w/Jalapeno

Servings: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocado
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 canned California green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 small tomato, chopped, if desired
  • 6 or 8 drops hot pepper sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, use a fork to mash avocado.
  • Stir in lemon juice, salt, green chili, Worcestershire sauce, onion, hot pepper sauce, garlic and tomato, if desired.
  • Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips for dipping.
