Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 3 cans black olives, drained and rinsed
  • 9.5 oz. bottle Kalamata olives, drained and rinsed
  • 3.5 oz. bottle capers, drained and rinsed
  • 4 small cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 40 grinds fresh black pepper
  • 4-5 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley,
  • reconstituted, drain & press

Instructions

  • Blend olives, capers and garlic to desired texture in food processor
  • Stir in other ingredients
