Olive Tapenade
Ingredients
- 3 cans black olives, drained and rinsed
- 9.5 oz. bottle Kalamata olives, drained and rinsed
- 3.5 oz. bottle capers, drained and rinsed
- 4 small cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 cup olive oil
- 40 grinds fresh black pepper
- 4-5 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp dried parsley,
- reconstituted, drain & press
Instructions
- Blend olives, capers and garlic to desired texture in food processor
- Stir in other ingredients
