Angel-Hair Pasta with Chicken

Sauté over medium heat until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes:
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1” cubes

Remove and drain on paper towel

In the same pan sauté for 4 minutes:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 carrot, diagonally sliced into 1/4 inch pieces

Add:
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
2 cloves minced garlic

Cook for 2 minutes longer

Add:
2/3 cup chicken broth
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1. Combine it all together.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes
3. Serve over 12 oz. hot angel hair pasta.
