Caribbean Beans and Rice
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- ½ cup celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 16 oz. can kidney beans
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook onion, celery, and garlic in butter until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients
- Simmer together for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
