Green Curry

Chicken
Stir-fry in olive oil and garlic salt

Combine:
4 cans coconut milk
2 Tbsp Green Curry Paste

Simmer 5 minutes

Add:
Cooked meat
¼ to ½ cup palm sugar
1½ cups chicken broth
¼ to ½ cup fish sauce
½ cup chopped fresh basil
(or 1 Tbsp dried)
2 lbs. frozen stir-fry veggies
2 cans bamboo shoots

Simmer a few minutes, enough to heat

(Hint: Cook rice with 1 tsp cumin seed)
