Italian Dressing and Marinade

Servings: 1 pint

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp palm sugar
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients but olive oil in blender.
  • Blend 20 seconds
  • Slowly pour the olive oil in a pencil-sized stream into mixture while blending.
  • Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.
