Teriyaki Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 fresh ginger root, (thumb size)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 green onion
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ cup water
Blend:
- 1 lb. meat/seitan or more.
Pour over:

- Shake to thoroughly coat.
- Let sit in refrigerator over night or at room temperature for a couple of hours.
