Turkey Burgers

Servings: 20 quarter-pound burgers

Ingredients

    Mix Together:
  • 5 tsp onion powder
  • 5 pounds lean ground turkey
  • ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup + 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp + ¾ tsp salt
  • 20 twists fresh ground pepper
  • Liquid Smoke (opt.)

Instructions

  • Press in to ¼ pound patties. Freeze on a cookie sheet. Place frozen burgers in individual baggies.
