Ingredients
- 5 tsp onion powder
- 5 pounds lean ground turkey
- ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup + 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp + ¾ tsp salt
- 20 twists fresh ground pepper
- Liquid Smoke (opt.)
Mix Together:
Instructions
- Press in to ¼ pound patties. Freeze on a cookie sheet. Place frozen burgers in individual baggies.
