Love for my husband, Steve, is the motivation behind this collection of recipes. Health issues and a hope for a brighter future initiated this change in lifestyle. It has been an exciting journey as we have tried to improve our eating habits.
Leaving the SAD (Standard American Diet) and trying to eat more healthy has been a challenge. Abandoning the world of processed foods and additives has presented us with a very steep learning curve as we have sought for healthier alternatives.
I gathered these recipes from everywhere and adapted them to fit our needs. I have experienced almost as many recipe failures as I have successes.
