Easy Flour or Corn Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
- 6 eight-inch flour tortilla shells or thin corn tortillas
- Olive oil
- Chohula Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- On two large cookie sheets put one of the tortilla in the pan. Brush with a mixture of olive oil and hot sauce.
- Take second wrap and place on top of the oiled/hot sauced shell.
- Smooth them around spreading the oil and hot sauce evenly to both wraps.
- Continue until all shells are covered on both sides with mixture.
- Add oil or hot sauce as needed.
- Cut the stack of shells into 8ths with a pizza cutter.
- Spread a single layer of pieces on cookie sheets.
- Bake both sheets of chips for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating your pans half way through baking.
- Watch them carefully the last two minutes or they might burn.
