Ingredients: 

1 1/3 cup isopropyl alcohol (70%)*

1 Tbsp hydrogen peroxide (3%)

1 tsp. glycerin 

 

15 drops essential oil

(*If using 99% alcohol, use 1 cup, then add water to make 1 1/3 cup total.)
