Creamy Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 3 lbs seedless red grapes
- 3 lbs seedless green grapes
- 1½ pkg. (12 oz.) cream cheese
- 1½ cup sour cream
- ½+ cup sugar (palm sugar)
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Wash and stem grapes. (Rinse out the container they came in, put a paper towel in the bottom and store the cleaned grapes in the refrigerator until serving.)
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. (Cover and refrigerate until serving.)
- Mix together in a serving bowl and top with pecans.
