Almond Joyful Balls

Ingredients

    In a high-powered blender add:
  • 2 cups agave (raw, organic)
  • 2 cups melted coconut oil
  • 1 to 1¼ cups raw cacao
    Blend well, then pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in:
  • 2 cups shredded raw coconut
  • 2 cups chopped raw *almonds

Instructions

  • Chill until very firm
  • Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and roll in coconut
  • Store in refrigerator.
  • Can be frozen!

*(Hint: The healthiest method is to soak the almonds 8 – 10 hours to remove impurities. This will also sprout raw almonds increasing the nutrition by 30%. Drain and rinse. Dehydrate them at 105 degrees until thoroughly dry.)
