Almond Joyful Balls

Ingredients
- 2 cups agave (raw, organic)
- 2 cups melted coconut oil
- 1 to 1¼ cups raw cacao
In a high-powered blender add:
- 2 cups shredded raw coconut
- 2 cups chopped raw *almonds
Blend well, then pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in:
Instructions
- Chill until very firm
- Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and roll in coconut
- Store in refrigerator.
- Can be frozen!
*(Hint: The healthiest method is to soak the almonds 8 – 10 hours to remove impurities. This will also sprout raw almonds increasing the nutrition by 30%. Drain and rinse. Dehydrate them at 105 degrees until thoroughly dry.)
