Chimichurri
Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh parsley
- 4 cups fresh Cilantro
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 1/3 cups olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice (3 cubes)
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the parsley and cilantro leaves.
- Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until it reaches desired consistency.
- The chimichurri sauce can be smooth, chunky or somewhere in between.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
- Makes a wonderful pizza sauce. ¼ cup per 12 inch pizza.
