Healthier Mrs. Fields Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 2 cups palm sugar
- 2 cups homemade brown sugar
Cream:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
Mix in:
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp soda
Add:
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 5 cups regular rolled oats
Mix and add 1 cup at a time:
- 18 oz. chocolate chips
- raisins
- nuts
- 1½ cups coconut
Stir in:
Instructions
- Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
(*For raisin cookies add 1 tsp allspice, and 2 tsp cinnamon. Remove chocolate chips.)
