Healthy Honey Popcorn
Ingredients
- ½ cup popcorn
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- (35 drops of cinnamon oil) opt.
Instructions
- Pop popcorn.
- Measure the honey and have it ready to pour.
- Melt the butter until it foams and the sound quits.
- Quickly add the honey and stir together for a minute. (It thickens as it boils.)
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1 minute before adding flavoring.
- Add flavorings, salt and mix well.
- Pour over popcorn and mix.
