Homemade Corn Chips
Ingredients
- corn tortillas (very thin)
- olive oil
- seasoning of choice (Dorito Seasonings on this site)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- On two large cookie sheets put one of the tortilla in the pan. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Do both sides of tortilla.
- Take second tortilla and place on top of it.
- Repeat proceedure.
- Continue until all shells are covered on both sides with mixture.
- Cut the stack of shells into eighths with a pizza cutter.
- Spread a single layer of pieces on cookie sheets.
- Bake both sheets of chips for 12 to 15 minutes minutes, rotating your pans half way through baking.
- Watch them carefully the last two minutes or they might burn.
