Homemade Corn Chips

Ingredients

  • corn tortillas (very thin)
  • olive oil
  • seasoning of choice (Dorito Seasonings on this site)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • On two large cookie sheets put one of the tortilla in the pan. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Do both sides of tortilla.
  • Take second tortilla and place on top of it.
  • Repeat proceedure.
  • Continue until all shells are covered on both sides with mixture.
  • Cut the stack of shells into eighths with a pizza cutter.
  • Spread a single layer of pieces on cookie sheets.
  • Bake both sheets of chips for 12 to 15 minutes minutes, rotating your pans half way through baking.
  • Watch them carefully the last two minutes or they might burn.
