No-Cook Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or basil
    Variations:
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • few drops of Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
  • Cover and let stand for 60 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
