Thousand Island Dressing

Thousand Island Dressing

Servings: 1 pint

This dressing will increase in flavor with refrigeration time, so it is best if chilled overnight before using.

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe homemade mayo (or 2/3 cup store-bought)
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 cubes)
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper
  • 3 Tbsp minced yellow onions
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a blender, process all the ingredients until well combined.
  • Add in more water to thin if desired and adjust all ingredients to taste.
  • Store in the refrigerator for 1 week if using store mayo.
  • Homemade lasts 5 days.
